Following a drought in Tanzania, the Diocese of Kondoa is asking for prayers, noting, “without the prayers of the saints we cannot survive in this place”.Their mission work is bearing fruit, with many people coming to Christ, and more help is needed:

Dear Lord,

We pray for the people of Kondoa who are in famine, to be fed.

We pray for the people of Kondoa who have become Christian, to hold fast to the faith.

We pray for the people of Kondoa who are in need of discipleship, to be discipled.

We pray for the people of Kondoa who need a church building to be able to build one.

We pray for the clergy of Kondoa to be strengthened and be able to lead the people.

We pray for a servant-hearted missionary to teach at their Bible College.

We remember our borthers and sisters as if we were there with them.

Amen.
